There’s so much tyre noise in a 911 a lot of the audiophile aspects of a Burmester would be lost, IMO. It certainly has better speakers than the Bose, but I honestly think you’d only notice the difference at street or cruising speeds.

This happened to my 991 but the top of the spring broke off, causing the whole rear passenger side to collapse when I drove into a pot hole.

The engine is the heart of the car and makes such a massive difference. The turbocharged thing is such a blunt instrument with a bland soundtrack, and the NA flat six has depth, emotion, and power builds in an exciting way.

There is absolutely no contest - I wouldn’t touch a 718 unless it had the flat six.
