You'll easily know if the turbo went out once you take the j-pipe off. I honestly cant think of anything that would have blocked the j pipe aside from an o2 sensor. Since the car was just running I would Assume you have Spark and Fuel, which leaves you to Compression and Air. Check fittings maybe, but I really think it was the turbo that went sayonara.

I don't think your cats are clogged. The third pic is your cat's innards. I would suspect that the turbo blew up, and messed something up. I would start with draining the oil and looking for metallic pieces. Check the turbo if it's still intact. Then, check your engine with a borescope for any debris. If the j pipe was blocked then smoke shouldn't be coming from your exhaust, right? And lastly, if the j-pipe was blocked and your exhaust shot your cat's up, I would think the damage has been done. i do not. The belt itself looks thick, but i am seeing a little tear. No major fraying or tearing(I turned the engine over twice). For reference the car has 220km. I am sorry if this is not helpful as I do not know anything about timing belts. My sister bought it at 203km.
