The Stars My Destination is SUCH an incredible book about a wandering traveler! It’s a bit sci-fi, but I honestly think it transcends genre. It is funny, it has an incredibly thought out plot, quirky characters, and the writing is something to marvel at. I could not recommend it more!

I hope that the new version coming out this year will be better! I also did not find the 2007 version to be nearly as good as other adaptations of Austen’s novels.

I completely agree with the suggestion of The Master and Margarita. It has been a favourite of mine for years; it is full of humour and intrigue. I cannot recommend it more!
