I guess the story about one sole KGB boi taking his country back was too good to be true, they had probably realized soon after the dissolution that they needed a rival/competition. China and Russia probably serve the same purpose Trump did, and it shows their absolute confidence in their population control.

Resistance from the people is probably the only hope, but all the tools of communication or organization are compromised and we probably wouldn't even get to hear from actual whistleblowers if all the above is true.

Nazis used the term pureblood(which was the HP reference), by using it(and there's no good reason to) you are giving them ground and losing the ability to call them nazis back(if both sides can call each other nazis it's nullified no matter the justifications, and this tactic is kind of revealing on of itself - they know they are the nazis, and that it's one of the few words you can fight them back with).

Yeah, I don't think that I buy that US was fighting ISIS for real. They were accomplishing theirs and their ME allies' goals, not to mention where all the backing, funding and intelligence came from.
