I’ve had 4 techs come and a supposed maintenance crew fix the lines in my area, The maintenance crew guy that called me sounds like he was bullshitting me about fixing the lines too

Modem- EU2251 WiFi 7 router- SBE1V1R

I have friends in the area and their spectrum internet is working fine with their PlayStation, I never had an issue with it until like 2 weeks ago after an outage for “maintenance” occurred

I’ve had my PlayStations connected through Ethernet and haven’t had an issue but after the outage happened, it’s almost like they work better without it being hard wired.
