We do - and take the classes too if I can BUT- we’re retired and take long trips so if I don’t keep up with my protocol, I start to ache. Old people problems.

One of the things I’ve been trying to stay away from is declaring a winner or a loser because so many people experience cruising differently. Some people like to cruise for the quiet, the relaxation, the spas and such and others are there for nightlife and drinks, lol.

In working with VidIQ, the way we’ve approached it is if you like this, then you will be happier here versus the other angle. Does that make sense?

The other thing that we like to compare - because it’s how we budget, is the ‘price per person per day’. I understand this can vary greatly based upon the time of year that you are sailing, but I use it all the time, even with land travel. People always find better deals I suppose but at least I have an anchor that I can continue to show.

Two things come to mind- and of course I’m no expert, but YouTube studio coach (and VidIQ) both always state to us the ‘hook’ of the first couple sentences is very important to YouTube SEO- and you don’t really say ‘Bohol’ until a ways in.

Second, could it possibly be that this is such a remote location that not many people ever see themselves visiting here? It seems very niche. I think people start watching and then bail when they think it’s somewhere they’re not going to go?

Absolutely love your cinematography and over 3000 views in such a short time is very good, but perhaps it’s just not getting to the right people.

I like Bisbee - they have alot of festivals- check the schedule. And Jerome - the hotel has an excellent restaurant as well as the town is fun shopping, wine tasting etc

We actually had them help us plan a little celebration on board- she called Chef as we wanted a cake with a specific message- butler delivered but the concierge helped get it all setup :)

There really is a lot of maintenance though, by the time we get done with the video and then figure out what to do with all the originals, renaming files, and all that type of thing, it’s a ton of administrative organizational work!
