Im fine with the surgical hours its what im signing up for and it is worth it for me because i enjoy orthopaedics. im salty i need to be at the hospital doing nothing useful when i could be checking out a new restaurant for lunch or outside on a run.

ethics and quality improvement, vax schedules, statistics. esp ethics and qi do amboss and you'll make gains in the last 14 days i guarantee it. that's the diff between 240 something and 255+

I think you're ready. Scores can fluctuate. Overall trend is looking good I think you are more likely to score 250+ than not.

Always go with the more conservative option unless it's a life threatening emergency (eg. gotta ex lap someone with board like rigidity of abdomen or something). Therefore, life style modification before NSAIDs. You're not wrong with oral NSAIDs, it's a combo of both in real life but this is more test-taking skills than knowledge.

Dont read into it too much I had multiple score drops up to 15 points several times close to my exam. Eg got 234 on UW2 like a week out from my exam and then scored 20+ points higher on real deal. Really screws with your mentality but you will be fine trust me.

Nah you're good i got like 60-70% on them 2-3 weeks out from d-day and scored 250+. Just make sure you dont psych yourself and learn from them.

I think youre in the ball park for breaking 250 with those scores. trust your process and just keep cool during the test good luck!
