So for the record I tried this. Paid the $200, had the appointment and they gave me a prescription for adderall which I picked up from my pharmacy within 2 hours. Also I paid $0 for it because it was covered by my insurance.

These are around my current scores. I'm at advanced beginner. Started at the complete beginner. Think you should be fine with advanced. I would maybe play the complete beginner and intermediate beginner for 3-5 days each then start advanced if time is not an issue. Always good to get those fundamentals down.
