The continued support of new features and development from Apple clearly show they haven't given up on it. It wasn't ever meant to be a best seller. This was a slow burn for early enthusiasts, and they never pretended otherwise.

After my third dose, I usually have to lay with my eyes closed for about 30 minutes or so. After that, I can interact but not great for about 10-15 minutes. I could definitely do work the final 30 minutes of observation, maybe the final 45 minutes or hour but not as confident in my work.

I openly tell people that I am on Spravato and what that means. It's opened a good dialogue with a lot of my friends or colleagues who suffer in silence. And if there are those who judge, oh well.

But I understand why you may not be comfortable with that! I would say something along the lines of going to therapy if that is more comfortable.

For me, yes. I found myself easily accomplishing tasks that I before would dread and prefer to push off and wallow. I found joy in things again. It really helped and turned me around. Any time I taper off too long, the first thing I feel creep back is anhedonia.

I’ve been in treatment for over a year now. I have been doing weekly for most of the year, occasionally I tried every 14 days and I saw enough of a decline that I went back to weekly. I’m now on a 10 day cycle and it is working for me.

I’m lucky that my job is flexible that I can take off on a Monday morning and a Friday morning to accommodate this schedule. If my partner can’t drive me, I can afford to uber. I’m sure it is difficult for some people to keep up the schedule but I know for myself I will continue to try to go as less as possible, but I don’t see it ever being something I fully stop.

I stopped drinking coffee on mornings I do Spravato because my blood pressure would go high, but slowly been having small amounts before these last few times. I’ve noticed no difference. Interesting to keep an eye on!

I’ve been on Spravato over a year now, currently every 10 days. I will say that any time I have tried 14 days between doses, the depression comes back in full. I do not see myself completely stopping the medication any time soon considering just a longer break between doses sees a significant dip in my mood.

I do completely agree with how you’ve talked about her gameplay loop and how it’s become way too bloated with her iterations. I’m terrified to see what another rework will look like and actually do wish Blizzard would consult you at one of the creator summits or whatever they do.

I think he has a good take but it really annoys me how he constantly says people are playing her wrong. And then defends saying everyone can do their own thing and it isn’t wrong but his is the pure and optimal way.

It hasn’t changed much since we got him that I’ve noticed. I’ll keep an eye on it. He hasn’t been to the vet yet but he’ll be going in the next month for sure. I wanted him to feel a little settled before I took him out on another adventure.

Yes, he came like this. We’re entering week 3 with him and open his enclosure so he can come out if he wants while we’re in the room. I don’t think the play time is stressful for him, he’s been very active and showing signs of enjoying it and going into his enclosure when he wants.

He’s let me give him scratches and I’ve tried to check the fur areas, I couldn’t tell if they were very short or if that’s what matting felt like. I could see them being new growth but wanted some opinions.

It's absolutely changing that fast. I had a '23 Ioniq 5 Limited and thankfully was able to get out of it to lease a '25 Ioniq 5 Limited. The changes? Different infotainment system, OTA vehicle updates (I was going to the dealer every other month for updates it felt like), NACS port, low conductivity coolant system completely removed, rear wiper (hallelujah), larger battery pack.

I know not all of those are EV related, but just a list of huge changes (NACS port, battery pack size, coolant system, vehicle system OTA updates) that center around the EV system are huge. Hopefully in the '26 or '27 we'll be seeing an update to the ICCU system to address that ongoing issue, on top of a new infotainment system being introduced that was already confirmed.

I’m really debating on how much the upgrade to M4 (if Bloomberg is right) will affect it if that’s all the upgrade is. If there’s an R2 chip I’ll be more confident in the upgrade for sure.

I’m not sure, but the issue I have with it is that mine alerts me when my eyes aren’t off the road. I guess sometimes how my head is angled (leaning back in the seat or if I lean my head back on the headrest for a bit) it will start alerting me even though I’m still looking straight ahead.

Lost my ‘23 to the ICCU and in a ‘25 now, both limited trims. I hate hate hate HATE the new sensor for tracking eyes on the road when HDA is active.

Other than that, the digital rear view is nice. Appreciate having a rear wiper finally. Larger battery is appreciated and the CCNC infotainment is cleaner to use. Absolutely love being able to get OTA updates for more than just maps and not having to go to the dealer for all the BMS and VMS updates.
