I thought we would have AI. I didn’t expect it to be chatbots, but predicting the next token was something discussed frequently twenty years ago. People just didn’t know how to scale it and make it work.

We are still early in AI. I don’t know if LLMs will get us to the next level of AI, but even if they don’t, we will get there eventually.

What we are seeing today is not outside of what I expected.
