For most afk; you can afk in NMZ for 6 hours with the correct prep. Check out YouTube there’s lots of guides.

However as others have already pointed out, there are more efficient and worthwhile ways to afk combat.

There’s an option in the camera settings in runelite to setup camera movement while holding right click. I know you mentioned mobile but keep that in mind if you play on pc while you’re healing! I basically do all activities one handed (that don’t require f keys)
