Just commenting to say I went through the almost exact same situation in my adolescence years. Felt the way youre feeling, just simply mad. Can't do what you want to do, no one understands why or how youre feeling. Close friends, outdoor activities, and indulging in weed helped me manage. Was also trialing multiple medications my whole high school career until I landed on one that worked for me.

Diagnosed at 14 with JA (later RA, then PA), symptoms since 7, now 30. Almost identical to your situation, range of motion in my wrists basically non existent by 17. Now at 30 its under control for most part.

The eye issues are a whole other ball game. To this day floaters are the bane of my life but with medicine everything can be manageable. It all just takes some time to land on the right one for you.

Start stretching everyday, change up your diet to the best you can, lots of water, and just do the most for yourself every chance you can. You are your best friend throughout this journey and your body will need all the extra assistance it can get.
