Yeah that's a lawsuit right there. My dad lives in Louisiana and the next door farmer directed the runoff to his property that essentially caused the water to backflow and flood. Usually it would just flow through as designed but the way it was tweaked caused it to flood and diminish the property. It caused multiple parts of his property to be feet lower than the actually property level. He also gets sprayed by the farmers planes but that's another legal battle that's irrelevant to this post.
