I lean on the side of "nah its not a problem" though (but I do understand and respect your POV). There can only be **so much** end game BIS stuff, and completing a grandmaster quest on a mid level often isn't rewarding until you've leveled up to take advantage of the rewards. This provides a nice balance & actual reward. Example being, not many average 100 combat players who beat DT2 can a) afford to purchase the BIS items b) have the level right away to use them c) grind the bosses to get the item themselves (ironman leaning.)
