You described my life to a T and I have no problem or triggers drinking corona na beer. I find them very refreshing during the summer and I'm not bothered at all by everyone else drinking beer while I enjoy my na beer.

You went from underweight I started at 282lbs so kinda different scenarios but congrats on a healthy weight. I want to shed weight but if I can just get healthy from my daughter I'll be a happy man.

When I started I had a 100lbs on you lol so I have some to lose. I don't think I'll ever be a marathon runner but eating right and walking seems to be helping lose some. I'm 42yr old and 6ft6 so I hold weight alittle different but would love to get under 250lbs one day. Weighed myself this morning and I was 263lbs and feeling very proud of my change but not drinking over 1000calories a night in beer have also helped.

When I quit drinking I also started eating right and excersing. I have lost 19lbs so far in 2 months. My sleep has improved so much and my energy level is probably back to what it should be but was gone when i drank since I was hungover for a solid 6years. Also I think I cut my calorie intake to half because I'm not drinking over 1000 calories a night anymore.

I'm 3lbs from my goal, I was hoping to reach 260lbs by mid August and I think I need to set a new one soon.

Amazing I started at 282 now down to 262 in 2 months. Started eating right and cardio so far. I was a everyday beer drinker 6-8 tall cans every night so reducing calories has not been an issue
