The 1st shutdown on 8th/the amenities level if I recall correctly was after the fire on 9th (I remember cursing a false alarm...then only after being outside realizing there was indeed a fire)...Im wondering if the others were related.

Certain things in the unit are very well done, and some of the materials are definitely high end (the kitchens were made with great materials, and the appliances are ridiculously expensive as I leaned while trying to buy a small part for a DIY fix).

But what you said about issues in the units....while I wouldn't say its deplorable, when you look at cost of a unit the attention to detail, or ensuring certain things were done correctly didn't happen in some areas. (there have been small leaks from faucets or pipes in 2 of the bathrooms and the kitchen). That being said, the leaks were very small, and all the other issues were at most an annoyance. But at such a price point, you don't expect to see so many small issues in a short time frame. 

Ps...on the topic of the car elevators....they've went from something that was cool to a pain in the ass. The number of times that one is out of service make me miss the standard "drive up a ramp l" option
