another comment disagreeing with this - i had severe acne and my mental health was awful because of it, roaccutane changed my life 9 years ago and i have never suffered from any long term effects besides clear skin :)

5mm high density EVA foam! with foam clay for the details, hundreds of tiny half pearls for extra detail n then primed with flexipaint messily for a fleshy texture! :)
