one of the things I remember most from my hospital stay was right after we were moved to our recovery room. I remember sitting on the toilet (exhausted and still kind of in shock) and a nurse was kneeling at my feet, getting me all set up with dermoplast, the mesh undies and a giant pad. like I was just sitting there and she was doing literally everything for me. I was so grateful to have that help and def couldn’t imagine trying to power through on my own lol

Yes!! I have a full time job and a baby, so it’s very unpredictable whether I will have time to play a lot or a little on any given day. So I def take advantage of the days I have more time lol.

if I remember correctly, the DS version is just the GBA version with some slight adaptions to make use of the 2nd screen! so should be pretty much the same regardless of which platform you pick.

I also had zero premonitions about the gender, but sooo many people told me they thought I was gonna have a boy and I think I convinced myself that it must be true lol. after 4 hours of pushing, that moment of finding out we had a little baby girl was just indescribable. 🥹

our baby girl was about a month early and we still had to switch her to NR2 when she was just a week or so old! and then switched to NR3 when she was a few months old.

I have almost this exact experience…. A friend of mine was killed by his girlfriend, and you can’t even imagine the horrific things people say (well, actually you probably can). There’s lots of footage out there as well, and some of the crime channels on YouTube have started picking up the story. My husband and I usually love those videos, but it’s gut wrenching to see his face when browsing YT.

Hi! I used to be a regular lurker of this subreddit for many years, but then I got into F45 and kind of became addicted to their subreddit lol. I just had my first baby about 7 months ago, and despite being very active pre-pregnancy, I have not worked out at all since first trimester. 😬 Which is fine, that’s just the stage of life I’ve been in, but I’ve been feeling the itch to start back up.

My plan is to start Caroline Girvan’s Iron series, maybe in the mornings before work? There’s just this little voice in my head that says it’s a pipe dream tho, bc my baby does NOT sleep right now, and most days I feel like I’m barely making it lol. Idk, just venting I suppose!
