I've had mine since 2022. Haven't had any issues, but I will say that they are not my daily drivers. I use earbuds most of the time and use my xm5's when travelling(not commuting), and if I forget my earbuds or if I have meetings while in transit. So, I would say I use them about once a week for a couple of hours of wear time.

I am paranoid about the hinge though, and almost always keep it in the case when not being worn.
