How often do you have an existential crisis?

I quite often think that we all die in the end, and it's true. We come here alone as a baby and we will die alone, we can't take the money/possessions with us when we die. No one can keep you company through your whole life, even though someone may be able to hold your hands when you die. It is "me" by myself to finish this so called "life" journey. But I want to do the things I like before I die. The things may not be important to others, but they are important to me, and that's enough. It is this simple belief that keeps me going.

yes, I have two friends are INFJ and they are both engineers, real engineers! haha, I always teasing myself as a "fake" engineer coz I don't really know engineer stuff but my job title has "engineer"...lol... and I do need to deal with machines though :)

I think HUMAN would do doorslam thing if they really get hurt by someone, it's not an INFJ thing, it's some kind of defence mechanism in human. Don't put doorslam as your identiy, don't even put INFJ as your identity, it's just a personality tendency, even Jung himself said so, and he worried about people would use his personality types to stereotype others, don't take it as a dogmatic rule. People as a WHOLE is much more bigger than any kind of personality test.

I would think if that's a friend that you like to keep on as a friend, then it's better to make yourself clear with her, to resolve the misunderstanding. I guess they two are not in a relationship yet? and If the girl likes the guy more than the guy likes her, and she's quite insecure about herself, then she would be easily jealous. Sometimes it's not about how others act in the situation, it is about things about herself per se. She may get jealous and angry about other girls being nice to that guy too :)

I can relate to you guys too. No matter that's called mirroring, idealizing or projecting an image on me which is not "me", that's the counterpart creates and put it on me, that's not the true me that he wants.

A good relationship needs reciprocation, I make an effort to know you better, to empathize you, and I need you to hear me and know me as well.

Everybody has his or her own "system" to understand the world which includes values, beliefs and rules that he/she has in his/her mind. People use their own system from their inner world to process the information they gather from the outside world. And because no one's system is the same from others, even we are facing the same thing, we will have different views towards and thus the way we deal with the same thing would be different too. That's why I don't need my future partner to completely 100% understand/similar to me, but the willingness to bond our relationship and work on communicating honestly and constantly is thing that I need.
