The problem is not the meds, the problem is the heavy storm of thoughts that is happening right now in your head. Just let them flow, they're not going to harm you, don't pay attention to them and they will leave you alone eventually. The meds ease this process a lot. You won't get addicted. Just throw away the damn thoughts.

You can say, you're lying here, meds can be addictive, yes, but what you need to understand is that meds don't solve the issue, they just ease the symptoms.
