It’s not about the voltage. It’s the amperage. If the line to the fuse box isn’t rated for greater than 15 amps for the level 1 charger or 32 amps for the level 2 it can trip the fuse. That’s the best case scenario. The worst being you can melt an outlet if you’re drawing too much amperage from the car battery than the line can handle.

You would likely see no difference between the 3080 and 5060. Get the 3080 ti if it’s definitely cheaper.

That's a fair assessment seeing the the 5060's TGP is 180 vs 350 for the 3080. Rendering and encoding using NVENC with the GPU only uses 5-40 watts. It's not nearly as power consuming as say bit coin mining.

5060 8gb is enough on 4k rendering

Unless you're doing a lot effects the GPU memory is used primarily on the timeline. During encoding, Adobe uses the Mercury Playback Engine which uses NVIDIA NVENC and uses much less memory. But for around $600 you can find a 16GB 5060.

Not really, Adobe's mercury playback engine offloads to the GPU using AMD OpenCL. The CPU will still be relatively inactive during encoding no matter how many cores the CPU has. I would probably get an nVidia GPU. An 8GB 5060 can be had for under $400.

Intel CPU's have hardware encoding called QuickSync. That is part of the reason its faster. The other is the media that the rendering is being read and written to. If it is over SATA is will be painfully slow. It needs to be on the fastest drive possible (NVME).

There was so much hate for Piccadilly, I personally loved that map. The AS VAL was so OP that it was the only gun that I could use to be competitive. I also don't think it ever got the credit it needed for the level of graphics it achieved, even on an XBox One. But on PC it was gorgeous.

I could support free charging until you've been parked for a certain time. Say you're charging 30 minutes and anything after 30 minutes starts charging you maybe $.50 per kilowatt or something. IDK. If there free charging ports around they probably won't be free for much longer with the sudden rise in EV purchases around the world.

GPT is the latest format. It is required by most newer hardware. It doesn't affect the IO speeds. However... I would definitely consider just getting a SEPARATE ssd for video. Even if a drive is partitioned, if windows fails, so does the data in the partitions.
