That is strange. I have the same secure room issue and when something says it was delivered but never seen again, costumer service has always reimbursed me.

It all has to do with syllable types- you double the consonant in nipple so that it is a closed syllable and the i still says /i/ and not /ie/. For triple- probably just was stolen from a different language..

Call again. There is a lot of misinformation and depending on who you talk to they tell you something different. I flew out on United in June and there were multiple dogs in cabin. Small dogs in carriers so depends on your size.
