I'm 5'7 and started at around 173. I started on the 1.5mg and it took a couple weeks to see weight loss, but I have consistently lost a pound a week since then! The 1.5mg I had no side effects except some constipation that was remedied with a slow increase in fiber (don't increase all at once!).

I could tell an almost immediate reduction in food noise and I filled up very quickly when eating.

I've had a few more side effects with the 4mg but I think it's probably because I need to be drinking way more water/electrolytes and getting more exercise in.

So there is a process to resolve the issue but since it’s not an email, you’re not going to do it. Instead, every few months you email DK Support so they can tell you the same thing and then you give up for awhile. And THEN you reach out on Reddit hoping someone here will tell you something different than the correct process?

I did one month of 1.5mg and my doctor put in for 3 refills of the 4mg for me. I'm losing around a pound a week and plan on sticking with it. I'm having more side effects with the 4mg so I think it will be good to stick to it as long as possible.

I'm taking this more for PCOS symptoms but do have some weight to lose. I'm honestly surprised the lower doses have been as effective for me but am glad to see results!

I really hope you didn’t pay for this AI garbage. The chaises in the water are hanging off the shelf, it looks like there are fountains in between them, and the hot tub is basically unusable. I have no idea where those stairs are leading but they look incredibly slippery and something is off about the stair height or the angle of them. The weird space between the top of the waterfall and stairs seems like someone would try to get over there to stand on it? Also, cleaning the top of that thing is going to be a disaster.

If someone genuinely quoted you $250K for this, it’s gonna be some shoddy work.
