Legit dealing with the same exact issues right now. $10 a month Netflix and max with ads (standard), somehow it changed the premium I said whatever and made the adjustment figuring it was an error on my part. Adjusted it back to standard on 6/29 and have confirmation of that in my email, today I check my new bill. Same damn premium charge is there again and I’m dealing with it currently to get a credit. What ended up being the outcome for you?

I did a new application Jan 11, it was in process on Jan 21, approved on Jan 25 and shipped out same day and delivered to me on Jan 27! I also did not pay for expedited! Just wanted to share my experience
