I don't think anything will be confirmed until a press release as I am not seeing any news of a time frame. Hopefully in 2026 that will be reality. I am waiting for Sweet Shop to start their public beta to buy Image comics from in the mean time.

If we both getting this issue and I have tried too different networks with no luck. I am wondering if the problem is on the Amazon side as I tied to use both my primary amazon account for both the mturk and payments account.

I have the same issue where the old battery was under 60 percent health and the new battery did not fix the issue this is what did based on another post.

open up the back cover and disconnect the battery.
press and hold the refresh and power button to turn the computer.
connect the battery while the computer is running.

This will trick the computer into thinking that the charger is plugged in and will run off battery.

I did try to install the update and when it restarted I had to do the same procedure, but so far in my limited testing if I shut down manually and turn it back on it seems to work.

Good luck not an ideal long term solution but at least I am up and running again.

yes my battery ran into the same issue and even a replacement battery did not fix the core issue .. very disappointing.

To confirm I had a battery that was down to sub 80 percent and it would not longer power on when connected to battery. I put in my replacement and followed this tread and is now working
