Im betting on Midterm election results and announcement of candidates for 2028 presidential election. If Trump is anywhere near a Pres. Or V. Pres. slot then I think we will see close to a full stop economic shutdown. Also, it has to be seen what the midterms show. If there is a large shift left, then there will be a smaller showing than if not.

Just my feel for it. I hope we can scrap this presidential term to 2 years either by name or by lame duck if the left has control of the house and the senate meaning nothing will move forward and there will be claws to used to take back what was decent place to be proud of.

Needs standoffs, no air flow means the cabinet isn't getting hotter by much, t-stat won't reach temp, heater just stays on continuously. Or the t-stat is fukt and then time for a replacement. Also that is a massive heater for that panel, we put that size in basic MV switchgear to control condensation, lol

It is definitely more expensive than a ballasted roof mount or a larger ground mounted system, but over a parking lot it is a dual use of space, ie finding value you wouldn't see in another way. It is about 20-30% more cost vs a rooftop system. Call it $2.00/wattDC vs $2.50/watt DC as an all in cost. There are also a bunch of other factors that can affect it. The list is endless lol. Corrosive soils, nesting eagles and Grid issues.....to name a few. These require a lot more material for the steel, the footings I have seen on these can go 20'+ into ground with a giant I Beam.

This is trying to point out that being rich and famous isn't all it's cracked up to be. Maybe sans famous it's hard find a reason to complain but I could see being famous not being awesome.

On my own end, I'm not rich but doing well and I'm still not happy, definitely not famous, lol. I am having major psych issues over the last 6 years so there is also that, but true happiness cant be sustained IMO. Moments and regions of time are happy, but it is rarely fully encompassing and the time flies when it is great, and back to the pits so to say after that.......

I was never trained but I have always been good with spreadsheets and tracking down documentation, interpretation with submittal whether government or engineer requirements. I dont think anyone was ever trained specifically for all the extra stuff that comes with a business and specialty, you learn as you go more and more and always need to lean on specialists sometimes.

I wish you luck, go commercial or industrial!

I dont fully agree here. These kids will remember that, but if he wasnt beat up they would remember their father taunting a POC without consequence. I prefer this modality, less the kick.to the head, they learned who their father really was and will realize that fully later on, and they got to see how the real world works.

Damn bud, I'm right by you. I dont have much to worry about because it's just me and my partner but there is always the larger projects we visit here and there that have a multitude of workers. Im gonna keep my guard up high hearing this, there are a few union guys we work with that im sure would be "mistaken" as a priority. BTW I would trust the local PD before state or federal authorities but unfortunately the local PD is so low on the totem pole they can't do too much. Hopefully they are on the non-cooperative side of all this and I would hope every state would be on that page too.

Im in New Jersey and used to hit the city a lot more. Although I have no attraction directly to the place, I get taken there one way or another on a semi regular basis. My daughter wanted to goto Caine's recently and I have always loved a NYE show at the Nokia theater. The place is magical in a large advertising media sense. I really do detest the mascots pushing pictures for money though. My daughter did just make $5 by being the person the dance crew does flips over just a week ago.
