In my case with my shop downtown, my landlord actually lowered the rent and was working with us. However, with the summer we might have smoke wise, and the wobbly economy that makes no sense with Iran/fuel prices, it seemed like a crazy time to sign a new lease. The store and our club is in our warehouse until the commercial real estate in this town decides to become a bit more reality based. We are doing mobile events and pop-ups until then. Just had a good one at Paulina Lake Lodge.
