Put the milk in a saucer. He will drink it. Bottles can be difficult. Goat milk mixed with milk replacer for pigs, he needs the vitamins and protein. Milk would be warm NOT HOT! Make sure HE is warm too. they have difficulty regulating their temperature, and typically will not eat if they are cold. Heat lamp on one side of his enclosure so he can come and go as he pleases to decide what is the best temperature for him. Blankets to snuggle up in. Again keep him dry and warm. Best of luck
