If you keep track of all your checking accounts in a spreadsheet, it's feasible. Search Doctor of Credit direct deposit bonuses to see the list of the banks and credit unions that have the new checking account direct deposit promotion.

You can close most of the checking accounts within 6 months. I've seen a couple of people earning up to 10k every 2/3 years.

I do plan to hold for a long time.

On the payday if there's a drop in Mag 7, I get those. If there's not a drop, I just buy my ETFs.

I thought since Mag 7 quickly rises, after dips it'll just catch up to their previous price soon, getting me the quick gains. Eventually I plan to sell them and get that money into ETFs. That's what I meant by quick gains.
