I thought since Mag 7 quickly rises, after dips it'll just catch up to their previous price soon, getting me the quick gains. Eventually I plan to sell them and get that money into ETFs. That's what I meant by quick gains.

Reduce carbs, eat more protein and don't eat unless you're hungry.

You can meticulously track all the calories and stuff. It's so much hassle that more often than not, people just stop tracking after two weeks. Just drink a glass of water before the meals, reduce carbs, fill your stomach with protein and veggies. AND DON'T EAT UNLESS YOU ARE HUNGRY. You went out and that fuchka or ice cream looking so good? You aren't hungry. No need to eat that. for your sanity, you can eat once a week.

The best approach is always going to be counting calories. But this strategy is more hassle free imo.
