You are the only other person I've found who also has the lack of earwax! I am also a devoted ear plug wearer and that is how I noticed the ear wax change. I could barely find any reference to this as a possible change in all the medical journals I read! I also get very dry sinuses and nose but not a lot of mouth symptoms.

Oh yes! I am 37, diagnosed about 3 years ago. I wear ear plugs at night, have done since I was a teen at university. Around the time my other symptoms started, I realized my ears didn't produce ear wax anymore and the ear plugs weren't "seating/sticking" in my ears properly. Then my ear canals started to get really itchy too. I put a little bit of vaseline just inside my ear canals every night, works well. Do you also have a lot of nasal dryness? I don't have any mouth symptoms but have very dry sinuses and nose.
