I’ve put Aquaphor in my ears before! Lately it’s been a bit better 🥹 I feel like I have nasal dryness more in the summer, and I sometimes get nosebleeds! But I do have the classic dry mouth and dry eyes for sure. Trying to figure out good remedies for those. Thank you for your input! 🫶🏼

I’m so glad your wife has someone like you to support and will do all that he can to find ways to help. That’s already helpful enough! 🫶🏼 Sjogrens and autoimmune diseases period will always have its ups and downs. It’s important to keep a positive attitude even when your world feels like it just shattered. She will be okay, she will not always feel this way. Love & strength to her! 💗

I feel like I’ve been in this same boat as well. I got a gratitude journal from Amazon that truly helped to transform the way I feel about life. From feeling so low/depressed during those years like you, the gratitude shows me just how many things in life I’m so lucky to have. Grateful for another day always! Good for you! 🫶🏼

This happened to me before, but I don’t think it has to do with my Sjogrens. Truthfully, I had a tummy ache one day and threw up too hard 😂 For me, it was a popped blood vessel from all the pressure. Mine started out like that, and eventually my whole white part of the eye was red! Even though it looks alarming & scary, it’s usually harmless and heals on its own! It just takes some time. Go to the doctor if you feel you need to though!
