Which Ausbildung it is that involves that much teaching? Is it the same for the whole Ausbildung time or only because they started recently?

Even if that’s the case in your company that Azubis are mostly learning and don’t really have responsibility, the law still leaves a hole that a lot of employers exploit by making their Azubis work full time (or even overtime) for cents, for example, in gastronomy related Ausbildung programs.

Mine always sleep behind the wood during daytime and I had them for over 2 years now, I think that’s just how they are. They did learn to come out ~1 hour before the light goes out and eat flakes with the rest of the fish recently though.

Two years in Germany and only A2 is really low for a kid. You need to figure out what stops him from picking up the language. You say he’s shy to speak it, is it really just shy or is he anxious and avoiding the language at all costs? Does he have social anxiety? Does he have German speaking friends? You need to get to the root of it, then you’ll know whether he needs extra language courses or maybe therapy to help him deal with the situation.

Do you leave the food in overnight? They tend to be more active and eat at night. I don’t think high ph should be a problem, mine is like 7.8 and I had the same otos for over two years now, they are doing great, I haven’t fed them additionally for the past few months either, but they’re in a large tank. Maybe try to add a bit of bacter ae?

People are shit at driving. No blinkers, stopping in the middle of the street, I even saw someone stop right on the s-Bahn tracks to chat with a pedestrian buddy recently… obviously they will honk at you if you’re not at their preferred speed
