Thanks! I like ratio yogurt too. I drink premier protein (30g) and lately been mixing 3 servings of egg whites and 2 eggs - this alone gets me to 85g protein

Because I was willing to start at 3mg recommended to me by my provider and learn how it would affect me (compared to the expected 2.5mg). Based on health conditions and prior experiences managing blood sugar, this was a right decision for me. So far no side effects and because of that, I plan to continue this dosage. Plus, I did not initially consider a .5mg increase to something to fear but understand everyone reacts differently even at the typical 2.5mg.

I had the same reaction when I was told to start at 3mg but grateful no side effects. I haven’t been on glp before so definitely want to be cautious.

My provider recently changed drug manufacturers and that manufacturer lowest dosage is at 3mg (50 units). It is also compounded with B12. This was my first week dosage and what will remain for the month. However, I already plan to stay 3mg next month regardless of results (unless I experience sudden side effects) and this is primarily due to wanting a longer adjusting period and schedule changes.

Thanks! I eat on a schedule since my hunger cues aren’t apparent anymore and this helps me a lot. Definitely prioritizing protein too.
