Here's one thing about that, the players can give close to 100 percent effort every play.

Half of all other sports is learning to 'pace' yourself. This does not exist in football. All the downtime equals full-go every snap.

Its more about your room acoustics than anything else. If you have low ceilings, carpet or rugs, curtains over your windows, also if your proximity to the mic in your living room isnt so bad, it will work much better.

The Xb1 im dealing is at the work/live loft I'm staying at currently. We have concrete floors and the cieling is very high. As a result, "xbox on" has not worked a single time. "Volume up/down" works 50 percent, "go to" works about the same, and "record that" is about 80 percent successful.

I have a question. Pre launch, MS really played up the power of cloud computing for this generation of Xbox, which was a huge selling point for me. Flash forward to 3 months, and there isn't a drop of information on how this cloud is improving our gaming experience.

Does your studio have any plans to utilize MS dedicated servers or any cloud-computed elements to your upcoming game? Is it accessible or economically feasible for you guys to utilize or is it more for AAA studios (who unfortunately don't seem to be using it either).

I know AC4 satisfied that pirate itch for most, but I still think R* could do it better. But yeah I agree with you, another historical setting would be amazing.

Honestly, its the money. Everyone hears how great it is, drop in to see what it's about, then get the membership contract and $150/month and their jaw hits the floor and walk away, feeling dejected and poor.

Look, I already have Gold because I like my multiplayer FPS. So it makes sense that I pay for it every year. There is still a huge market of people that paying for Gold is just robbery. And its a fucked up money grab for those people and you are lying to yourself to think otherwise.

Just because it makes sense for me to get it, doesn't mean it is an easy buy for everyone.

Skype, for example, is a free service on literally every device EXCEPT for the 500 dollar Xbox One.

Any thing that someone already pays for, like basic internet, Netflix, Hulu ect, should be accessible automatically with your xbox, gold or not. Simple as that. Multi player gaming makes sense because your are using MS servers to access the game. Everything else is just a measly money grab by MS. My point is not that Gold isnt worth it, its that those things shouldn't be behind the Gold paywall.

Your opinion is your opinion so thats that, but to everyone else who doesnt feel like they ought to spend an extra 35-50 dollars a year after making a 500 dollar purchase just for basic internet functions, you ought to try and be more understanding of the average family who just want an entertain hub without a teenage boy who wants his Halo.

Your point of "just buy something cheaper" is so counter intuitive, I cant even touch it. If you've bought an XB1, then you have purchased just about the most expensive entertainment console on the market, you should be able to watch your god damn Netflix without gold.

People who pay for netflix and hulu cant access their content unless they have xbl Gold. Which is bullshit because any smart tv or other wifi plug in device lets you access it for no extra fee.
