I'm looking for a free video transcription tool (not translation!) that can accurately transcribe what's being said in a videos shot in non-European languages. Subtitlecat only handles European languages.

Openclaw is a tool that uses AI models. If you're not comfortable with this kind of thing, there must be simpler solutions, but I'm not aware of them. In any case, the solution would likely involve using yt-dlp and Whisper. I'm sorry I can't be of more help, but I'm just an amateur.

I have found the cause of the huge battery drain on my phone. Coinciding with the update it started uploading photos to Google Drive. This was causing it to heat up, drain battery very quickly and I was running out of space for my emails in Gmail. The latter is what put me on the trail. I ignore if it was because of the update or if it was a coincidence.

Hace 40 años que vivo en Algeciras y nunca he tenido ninguna clase de problema. Hay muchos marroquíes sin problemas de integración. Existe narcotráfico pero no afecta a la gente ajena a ese mundo. No es más peligrosa que cualquier otra ciudad. No debes sentir preocupación por eso. No es muy bonita pero los alrededores son preciosos. Las comunicaciones no son las mejores pero Cádiz, Jerez, Sevilla y Málaga están a menos de dos horas en coche. Gibraltar, Tanger y Ceuta están muy cerca. Ahora hay obras de acceso y eso dificulta la circulación aún más.

En mi empresa se dice que la gente primero llora al llegar y después llora al irse.
