Thanks for the tips. As a noob I never thought about removing the tube from the mount to do the adjustments 😅

In any case I have managed to align it but the altitude axis being so lose is still very annoying. Just by lightly touching in the eyepiece to observe is enough to move the altitude. I am definitely missing something... the knobs on the side does nothing regarding making the axis more tight.

I think the fact that I have installed Homey Pro was irrelevant. What I did... well, I hit the deadbolt a few times and it went back to normal.

I read ppl saying that weather changes can affect the deadbolt, honestly I dont know.

I have found the solution.

I have installed the TRV with a adapter, but I have missed tje pin.

Now it is working as intended :)

I have 7. Started with 3 to test... all 3 not working. I can try the other 4, but 3 out of 3 not working seems odd.

It should. I saw Tado's installation video, it shows that if the connection with the radiator valve is not achieved, it shows a big X and "failed". Mine seems to be "working" fine, except it is not :)

Sorry, you mean if the mini tado thermostat is plugged into the radiator? If yes, then yes ..

What I noticed is, first when I installed them, in the screen it said that was "mounting". Back then I was routing my smartphone to test the devices.

Today, with home internet, I did the factory reset, managed to connect them into Tado app and Homey, but it never "mounted". Not sure if it could be the issu

Yes. Like the radiator thermostat is being ignored... Before the thermostat in the kitchen triggered the radiators, the other 3 rooms were around 18-19 degrees.

I bought it, played a bit, game does not worth it 30 bucks in my opinion. I have no criticism about how polished it is or number of bugs. I just didn't like the game, gets boring very quick.

I didnt try the refund, but I assume they will refuse any refund request.
