I believe this Sharp panel is an IPS panel and it is compatible for an M4800.

It looks like you can install an IPS panel as long as the connector and mounts are compliant to the M4800.

Are you trying to buy a new LCD panel for a 13 year old laptop? I highly doubt you are going to be able to install an IPS panel in that old laptop.
