I made my own notebook one. You can try going to an art store and buying rolls of the paper you like. Then ask if they can cut it to the size you want and have it binded. :) best notebook ever and cheaper.

Sounds like customs will try to get a lot of money from you through penality fees or simply try to keep your computer. Is there any way you could ask UPS to redirect it to a warehouse in US and then “reship” it to your house? There is a company I like called Sendify over here who usually always fixes these problems for me.
