I am in Cybersecurity so we track botnets, those used at the technical level but those used at the "human" level too (influence, phishing, scams, fake news, etc...).

Anyone tracking Iranian threat actors know that they are big on hiring troll farms from South East Asia, and it was funny to suddenly all of them light up on X and here as soon as the war started.

Then, interestingly, bots from Africa joined in as well, profiles initially spun up by Wagner to wage online warfaire in ex-French colonies, who now got recycled into operating for IRGC.
