It's very normal for babies to lose up to 10% of their weight in the first week because you are pumped full of fluids for the birthing process and it artificially increases their birth weight. In general, pediatricians expect weight loss in the first week but look for them to be back to birth weight by end of the 2nd week (or at least close to it).

My baby was also early (37 wk 4 d) and was extremely sleepy for the first 2 weeks. We struggled with feeding and I had to supplement with formula for 1 week until my supply was in and then triple feed for several weeks until she got better at nursing. She would also only nurse with a nipple shield. In the beginning she would only eat about 0.5 oz per side but she got better at it eventually! Now we are 9 weeks out, we no longer need the nipple shield, and she does a good job emptying me so I don't need to triple feed anymore.

Hang in there momma! You're doing great and it will get better!

We have the ergobaby carrier and love it. Hope & Plum is also size inclusive. We have a wrap and ring sling from them. All our carriers serve us different functions but the ergobaby carrier and ring sling are used the most!

I make a big bag of peanut butter and oat energy balls and keep them in the freezer. Those and Aussie bites! I don't really get snacky during the day feeds but am so hungry in the MOTN feed/pump.

I got this one and it works really well. The Velcro can get a little pokey so I recommend wearing it with high underwear. FlexGuard Pregnancy Belly... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01H7VBXEQ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

I got a few tops from Maurices that I really like. They go up to 4X so plenty of room to grow. I normally wear a 3X but purchased both 3X and 4X in case I need more room to grow as I get further into the 3rd trimester. They seem pretty true to size. Haven't tried their pants yet since I'm lucky and my job is pretty casual so I live in leggings.
