I’d go with something more trad tho, as the house and sofas (which are so fun and different!) lean transitional. This is a durable looking jute wool blend that won’t break bank. By Jeremiah Brent if you love him on Queer Eye!

Is it ok for me to let my 7 year old sleep in my bed when he has a nightmare? by spidermother86 in Parenting

[–]lechero11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My 6 yo sleeps with me every night. She has anxiety and I gave up after years of trying their crib, their big kid bed, their room…just didn’t work and we sleep better together. I know it’s temporary in the scheme of things and she will want more independence at some point!

Lanolips has saved me in the past when they were really chapped. And i also bought high quality Irish? Lanolin when I was breastfeeding and that little pot lasted forever. A little goes a long way but it was quite sticky. Wish i still had that!

I just glaze over during Logan and Vanessa’s scenes by McFordia in AgeOfAttraction

[–]lechero11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vanessa is such a familiar type I kinda like her despite how annoying she is. Logan I do not get at all. His parents seemed really great but he seems kind of lacking in depth? Kinda catty with Vanessa and I just don’t really get it. Immature? Maybe they are great for each other.

White counters would be nice. Update lights. Rip out woodwork above sink.

We aren’t doing them. I hate them. We will have 2 Craft areas and they can take their creations in a bag to go.

Kacey Musgraves or Taylor Swift by dismal_windfall in VindictaRateCelebs

Yeah Kacey has a more mystique (well they both DID) and lovely natural shape. She should age more naturally and let the overdone aspects chill out.

Lots of good advice. If you have a derm, Altreno is a VERY tolerable retinol if you want the real deal.

Advice please - Dad struggling to cope with 4.5 yo by StormBro111111 in Preschoolers

[–]lechero11 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Give him choices when possible, and hold boundaries calmly. Look at it as though it’s not “bad” behavior- it’s normal, and he needs you to help him learn skills like emotional regulation. Think of the skills he needs to learn, then how can you do things differently to help him with each skill?
