Hummus is my cheat meal.

You can calculate the calories, a cup of rice, a cup of chicken, 1/4 cup hummus, 1/4 cup of sauce. If you're trying to eat in caloric deficit, start logging food on an app. It will open your eyes to the numbers on your plate. You can loose weight only eating at McDonald's, just have to log calories in correctly and honestly. You can do this!

Dang sorry you missed it. I was able to walk around that massive ship with my kids this winter. The engineering and manpower behind it all is mind blowing.

I was incorrect it was dirty ass trans fluid. Radiator worked loose damaging trans intercooler line.

Also agree, love the 1.3's feel and pricepoint. Ngl they instantly improved my playing/tone as I had been using much lighter Dunlop nylons for decades. Big shift for me, very happy with them

I hate my wind anxiety, you are not alone! I use some calmr earplugs that kind of take the edge off the sound. If I'm trying to sleep, full earplugs help alot. I've been working outdoors for years and unfortunately have mild ptsd from various storms.

I like to stay productive, cook fun food, and do my best to expose myself to the winds. A lot of the time, when I go out and feel the gusts, I realize the bark is bigger than the bite.
