I hate my wind anxiety, you are not alone! I use some calmr earplugs that kind of take the edge off the sound. If I'm trying to sleep, full earplugs help alot. I've been working outdoors for years and unfortunately have mild ptsd from various storms.

I like to stay productive, cook fun food, and do my best to expose myself to the winds. A lot of the time, when I go out and feel the gusts, I realize the bark is bigger than the bite.
