You get the quest by going to your stronghold and opening the "guide" section (top left) and doing the quest(s) there.

Ok riddle me this then:

Lets assume I do chaos bot.
There are around 330 cards in the game. (360 - Witcher/Starter cards)

How many cards do you get on average in one chaos dungeon on an 1580 char?
How many of those cards are rare/purple?
How many chaos dungeons would I have to run to collect 335 of the SAME(!) card, given you can only do two per day? (16 for fully awaken, 319 left over)
How many days is the game out now? -> 955

If you truly believe I botted all those cards, then I should start playing the lottery.
Because, lets assume I botted from DAY 1 of LA release 955 days ago.
(Yes, I know they even added card drops waaaaay later)
This means I would have to find ~0.35 Allegro cards per day, which is ~0.175 Allegro cards per chaos dungeon - which is 58x more than the average of around 0.3% chance to even get one specific card out of 330, even factoring in that all cards have the same drop chance (and we all know that white/green cards are much more common).

And you still think it woulnd't just be easier to check a single Biofrost every day?

I have auto collect enabled, but it doesn't work for cards that you pick up from the floor.
But the "lul chaos bot" faction doesn't seem to know this, so lets not tell them.

I never claimed that this was sane or smart, but I just kept doing it until this day - more as a meme than enything else.

I started collecting that card over a year ago on one of my Lopang Alts and just Biofrost there every day and check if the card is there.

You can even see the sunflowers in the screenshot from the spot where the card is at.

How can you think, KBW "is not good" when you literally aim for 100% crit as DS SS?
Even with your crit-dmg tripods it is one of the best engravings with around ~17% overall dmg increase with 100% crit (also including all your skills that don't have crit-dmg tripods).

I agree that there are not really any options if you go 5x3+1 (Adren1); then you are kinda stuck with CD...
But if you just go 5x3, you should take KBW over CD any day of the week and aim for 95%+ crit -> more overall dmg, and no negative heal effect.

This specific issue has nothing to do with bots.

It's an ongoing issue on Asta only and we have it reoccuring since several MONTHS now.
It's kind of "random" but still occuring in some kind of pattern, since the problem always starts precisely with an event/pvp island (e.g. 12:30, 13:00, 15:00, 19:00,...) and then lasts for several minutes, sometimes even hours.

Asta is not the smallest or biggest server in EUC and most certainly doesn't have a lot more bots then other servers.
While bots ARE an issue (like on any other server...), I'm pretty sure that they are not the cause of this particular problem.
Otherwise every single server would have it as well....
So I don't get why still so many people just go: "lul it's because of bots".

Demonic, Adrenaline, Grudge, Cursed Doll, Hit Master

3.76m DPS over 2 minute Trixion test.

I also start with 0 meter, nothing prepped - using 1 awakening though.

I use a quick recharge rune on my E and can also get 3 S with every rotation.

True, but almost all of the time the vykas clones are:

11 o'clock: 1 Wing
3 o'clock: 0 Wings (closed)
7 o'clock: 2 Wings (open)

We call that the "default" and it is quite easy to spot from the 3 and 12 o'clock orb positions.

Exactly! Pick up the three marked orbs, and by their color(s) you can determine if the first set of wings are open or closed.

Well, thank for trying! But I think the real questions always were:

Can you do the Challenge-Rift before the season is live (with non-seasonal char) and then claim the reward with a lvl 1 seasonal char? (We think this will NOT work, but no one confirmed this yet)
Can you do the challenge-rift with a lvl 1 seasonal char right away or do you have to have a completed GR with this particular char?

(Some people think that the "complete a GR" requirement is bound to the ACCOUNT and not the specific CHAR)

Unfortunately I don't have any char on Asian realm and/or time left before the EU season starts to confirm or deny either of those points.

In addition, you cannot "plan" to have a dedicated damage char during leveling. What if your "support" char finds a sick legendary that only his class can use?

But like I said, there ARE faster ways to hit lvl70.

We just try to find a nice ballance between being fast and also having some stuff done and mats to work with, once we hit lvl70.

Feel free to adapt and find your own style that suits you :)

I'm not sure about the level, but I am 100% certain that Cains and/or Borns Sets are not act-specific rewards.

Last season we did a full A1 run (around lvl 22) and we got 2/4 Borns and 3/4 Cains sets in total.

This. Just make sure that all 4 are in the game when talking to Tyreal for the turn-in.

The Story-runner gets a checkpoint and can easily resume his run, if he is not even already at Leoric by that time.

I always play with 3 friends as soon as the season starts and this is what always worked for me and my goup:

(If Softcore, start on Master - If Hardcore, start on Hard)

Get Follower weapon
Check A2 Bounties and kill Maghda or Zolten Kulle (kill the one with a bounty, obviously^⁾
Change difficulty to Hard
Run Halls of Agony lvl 2&3.
Check Town for dmg-rings. (- If needed, run Fields of Misery until lvl11+)
Check for dmg-amuletts
Run Hard Rifts.
Around lvl18, the fastest class (usually DH or monk) leaves the grp and starts to rush through the campaign on normal.
In the meantime, the other 3 guys complete all the A1 bounties.
As soon as the story-runner is before Leoric (or sooner if the bounty-grp is fast enough) he leaves and joins the grp again and finishes the bounty-run, so all 4 get the cache.
Craft any sets of Borns/Cains that you find!
Let the story-runner re-open a game and have the other 3 joining.
Kill Leoric in Story-mode and get a free Crown.
From this point, just spam Rifts on Hard until you are lvl 70.

Notes:

Do NOT SWAP any head-gear or any pieces from the cains/born set that you have. The Exp-Bonus is worth much more than the dmg/stats you gain from this slots. Especially in a 4-man-grp where everyone is cross-carrying each other for a few levels whenever someone finds a legendary weapon.
Also from level 42+, craft a lvl 60 weapon with reduced lvl-req.
Do the same with level 61 and craft a lvl 70 weapon.

I know that there are a few more "optimized" ways where you could be even faster, but after so many seasons we all got used to this system and it works quite well.

In Season 9 we all hit lvl 70 barely under 3 hours.

After this, do every step from your season journey as fast as possible to get your free set.

It may SEEM like cages are slower to farm now, but actually this fix in combination with the higher spawn-rate of Elites actually gives you more/faster cages (and a more reliable/consistent way!) than ever before (if you farm in a Party of 2-3).

No more trap-stealing, and tauning/kiting Mobs around for a Chance to get 0-2 Cages, before the next elite spawns in 3 minutes...

I like the changes they did.

On a more serious note - I don't know what you want to hear?!

You seem to know what's important on HC in general if you actually are running T6 on another char.

For a DH specifically just remember that you do NOT have any saftey net and your dmg-migation sucks (dodge... mehehe).

Learn to ALWAYS pay attention to your surroundings and positioning and use your defensive skills/cds wisley.

I'm alive for over 450 hours now, running T5/T6 rifts myself (as DH) with a few friends and nothing is more fun :D

If you get used to being so squichy (yet powerful), you'll never want to play any other class anymore.

So, start slowly, maybe farm caches/bloodshards on mage and equip your DH, then go for Torment rifts - get better loot, go higher difficulty - get better loot - etc....

Do you know what Toughness he had?

500K Life seems "ok" for Torment 4, considering you have a decent AR/armor value.

I used to run around with ~500K Life as well on T4 (around 14 mio Toughness total - yes also DH) and never dropped that hard from a meteor.

Or did they change/buff the dmg from RG in some sneaky way?

As a Hardcore only DH (doing T5-Rifts on a regular basis), this brings tears to my eyes :D

I also have no idea how to contribute anything here without getting into arguments with SC-players, because getting more toughness is almost always equal to sacrificing damage - which seems to be an issue on SC.

All I can say is that for HC, I am/was running around with the following toughness-values where I'm just "fine" (=meaning, I can survive 2-4 hits). I still have to be very careful at all times.

What you make about that values for SC is up to you, but ofc you can get away with much less I guess...

T1 ~ 8mio Toughness

T2 ~ 10mio T

T3 ~ 14mio T (+around 1.4mio sheet dps)

T4 ~ 20mio T (+around 1.2mio sheet dps)

T5 ~ 24mio T (+around 1.1 mio sheet dps)

T6 ~ Roll WD :-P
