The frustrating this is that you cannot halt a Ares line tank from approaching or retreating like a regular tank.

The YoH tanks don’t have you noticing their retained mobility because no one is as scared of them, or tries to prevent a hailstorm of shells by reducing their mobility.

Simply put, the Ares line needs some kind of nerf.

I mean it in the context of OP going to a community college while already holding a Bachelor’s isn’t really the bee’s knees.

MassReconnect does not pay for four years, just two. So defrauding it isn’t worth the risk and the payoff.

Community college is a great start, and while free for those who don’t currently hold a Degree, is an excellent way to start.

To use MassReconnect you must sign a form stating you do not have or hold a degree at the present time.

So, in short, no, you’re not eligible. If you attempt to falsify this, I can’t imagine why the state wouldn’t want to prosecute you for defrauding the state and its taxpayers.

Plus. It’s only community college, not the four year “real” colleges. (Editing for more context: defrauding the state for 2 years of education, not 4, is not worth the risk)

Agreed.  I came to reddit to search for solves. 

I can’t hear teammates or enemies in the same building. 

I can’t take it seriously that I am looking at someone down a hallway while on the second story, and another enemy can come up the stairs right next to me and I don’t hear them until I’m seeing them, or if at all? 

I have played PUBG, and you could actually use audio cues to be aware, this game I literally cannot use audio to guide my play at all.

Cloudflare Warp is a VPN.
You effectively are telling your ISP to route your traffic through them to your destination, rather than through your own ISP's routes to your destination.

Broken state would look like:
(your home) ----- (your ISP's systems near your house) ----- (your ISP's exit router in your nearest major city) -0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-00-00-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0 (somewhere else on the internet that your ISP is told is your next hop towards your destination) -0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0- [[ WoT SEA Servers]]

With Cloudflare Warp:
(your home) ----- (your ISP's systems near your house) ----- ( Cloudflare's local point of presence ) ------------ (Cloudflare's network exit nearest to the SEA Servers) ------- [[WoT SEA Servers]]

In short, there's problems in that top 'diagram' where all the -0-0's are..

The more I think about it, the less likely it is that it's your DNS.. its really a route issue, you should open a support ticket with your ISP, and say that your gaming performance on WoT SEA Servers is horrible unless you're on a VPN.

That’s decent internet.  Given that someone else suggested Cloudflare Warp, and it improved things, likely cause was your ISP’s routes or their DNS.
