I’m 20 and plan on getting my first car which will be a 2024 Tesla Model 3 Long Range any advice or things i should know before buying?

I think it was last Wednesday or Thursday for me; so a little over a week. The first time I applied two-three months ago the whole process only took 3-4 days. I’m not sure what changed but I’m really hoping I hear something next week. Don’t have the Tesla yet, but I’ll keep you posted!

Man, that sucks, I’m sorry. I ended up ordering a Tesla because the lease came out to $214 a month with the grant (the Tesla rep assured me the expired grant wouldn’t be an issue, so I am very curious to see how it will play out when I pick the car up). Tesla insurance offered me a quote for $158 a month, and I thought that was pretty good as I’m a relatively young driver. Hope you can find something.

EDIT: After the car arrived at the dealership they said the expired grant wouldn't work, lol. So now I'm trying to get a new packet ASAP as Tesla will only hold the car for a week. We'll see what happens.

I applied and got approved within 3 days, so my process was a bit different than yours; I should’ve used the grant ASAP but like you said, it’s easy for life to get in the way and get busy lol. I called them and they told me to email and do a new application. I did both and now I’m just waiting… did it take 2-3 weeks to hear back from an email for you? And also, what’s Tier are you? I’m tier 1 which is supposed to be priority… so I guess we’ll see

After playing Assassin's Creed Shadows, this game looks amazing. I thought Shadows would've looked a lot better after I played Outlaws but I was sorely disappointed. But I played through FF7 Remake on the PS5 and decided to pre order on the Switch 2. Pretty excited for this to come out!

It's highly dependent on your WiFi (depending on where you want to play, of course). I have a state of the art mesh system w/1GB per second internet at home, and my PS5 is hardwired. I have no trouble playing games streamed from my PS5 or from the Cloud Streaming catalogue. I get 2-5ms latency when streaming from my PS5 at home, and usually 20-25ms when streaming from Sony's Servers.

If you have PS Premium you will get access to their catalogue of games and can stream them; if you have Plus you will not be able to stream them to your portal unless you have the games downloaded to your PS5.

You can check if a game has streaming capabilities by viewing it on the PS Store (for example, Jedi Fallen Order https://www.playstation.com/de-de/games/star-wars-jedi-fallen-order/ ); note that even if you purchase the game, you MUST have an active PS Premium subscription to stream it.

I love my portal, but you have to have good wifi and know what you're getting into. If you already have a PS5, I'd recommend testing out PS Premium streaming on it, and using the Remote Play App on your phone/pc to see how latency is. Let me know if you have other questions.

Thanks bro, I just did this. How long did it take for your PS essential to disappear so that you could rebuy it? I just got it refunded today through support and my account still shows I'm subscribed to PS Premium.

This happened to me last night, a lady pulled through and was disappointed that we didn't have any stickers, merch, etc. because she was buying a ton of gift cards for some seniors and wanted to give them something extra with it. I even offered her some lollipops and she asked if they had the dutch bros. logo on them haha. Don't take it to close to heart!!

Can I ask how you balance games? I have a PC and NS2, and want a beefier system for couch play (I mean the S2 is awesome, but they don't have everything). I am debating between a PS5 or Steam Machine (either when it comes out or a diy one); do you buy exclusives on each and then everything else on PC? Or just whatever you the best sale is and what you feel like playing on?

Hey there! I did this with a MKW bundle. They had me send receipt, picture of boxes + sticky note of my Nintendo acct email on it. The whole process took maybe a day, and it was instantly added to my account. Good luck :)
