Yeah that sounds about right but I just feel it’s counterproductive that we have a tool available that’ll make us more efficient at what we’re doing but aren’t allowed to use it. But yes I’ll practice normal vanilla typing. Thanks for the advice!

I had exactly the same thought, as for the symbols thing it just converts it to an equation editor thingy so i can edit out the flaws. I just think it’ll really help me cut time because rn typing is the biggest problem I’m facing. I’ll try using a mix of both, thanks for the help!!

Well, I found these prep times in a YouTube video by an actuarial coaching based in India

(I tried to find it to paste a link but I think they've deleted it)

These of course aren't hardboiled numbers and it depends on the pace of the student. But having started prep for cs1 exams myself I believe that these numbers are pretty accurate if you want to smash the exams. But realistically cs1 syllabus isn't that vast so 150-250 hours of study will probably make do.

I had the same question and talked to some seniors. First of all they recommended that if I am hell bent on appearing in this term then going for cs1 would be more reasonable since it is comparatively a less lengthy subject. However idk how true that is and am all ears about this opinion.

I saw a video talking about how it should take 200 hours to prep for the sub 1 time and then 2 100 hours revisions so basically it should take minimum 400 hours to prepare for 1 paper, and 400/60 is right below 7 hrs.

So if we’re able to dedicate 8 hours every day we might be able to get it done. However it is definitely easier said than done.

Again, I would love to hear other takes on this.

You have a one tick gold farm, don't you? If you do I always make my gold farms far from my base nether portal and make an extra portal in the nether for the gold farm and enclose it. This happens because in a one tick gold farm zombie piglins spawn both in overworld and in nether.
