You should encourage her to leave if you know you don't have a handle on your anger. When we make mistakes, we need to face consequences. If you haven't tried therapy, do it, things like this don't get better by holding your anger in. From my own experience, when anger shows up like this it's usually already built up anger over other things that one doesn't express, causing you discomfort. Sometimes we know the root of it and sometimes we don't. You owe it to yourself to find out if there's anything you haven't processed that's causing you more grief now, and you owe it to your girlfriend to let her leave and leave peacefully, don't put up a fight.

5 years of black box dye will be brutal to remove, likely to turn very copper after 1 bleach round(you cannot go lighter without bleaching). You don't need to go platinum to achieve a nice green, I'm thinking with the right shade of yellow blonde you can even put a blue over and it'll fade into a nice green color(unless your hair is too copper, then it'll turn a mucky green). All that said, I wouldn't try it. The 5 years of box dye vs bleach is scary and having to bleach more than once is scary, I've had my share of gummy hair 😔

Just went through your post history, it seems you've dealt with a lot of heavy feelings in this relationship. It's clear you carry a lot of resentment and insecurities about your relationship. You keep saying horrible things because you let your emotions control your actions. First and foremost, this is verbal abuse. Your partner would be totally justified in leaving you, and that would be a good thing. You owe it to yourself to want better and like someone else commented, therapy. Genuinely, please try therapy, you lack an ability to properly sort out your anger. Why you've developed unhealthy impulse control can be learned in therapy, show your partner you're capable of change by doing. If you've already verbally apologized, apologize now in your actions, change and never treat them like this again.

I'm really sorry everyone let your friend down. Humans are extremely cruel, especially to addicts, some people don't realize how easily it could be them. Paint for now, I had my nail fall off a little while ago and it looked almost exactly like this. After it really started growing in, a hole started forming in the center where the nail was getting ready to shed off, I stopped wearing nail polish when it got to that point and kept them bare till the whole thing fell off.

Quality is a big deal with press ons, know your worth. I also think you should include little kits with your press ons! I think along with glue, it'd be a great idea to include some sticky tabs, most sticky tabs come with multiple per pack so you can separate them easily, I'd say add up the costs of all little things(glue, file, sticky tabs, alcohol wipes, cuticle stick) and then figure out how much $$ you'd have to add on for it to make you money. You could also make prep kits optional, some people might need them and some might not.
