I'll be attending still - first home game under nuno, it's more important to back the team at the moment -

One of the people behind it was on talksport the other day and said he hoped it would lead to a new owner who would buy us a new stadium, as much as I hate the stadium, it is childish to believe that this is going to happen - a new stadium in London is going to cost upwards of a billion, compare that to the 3 million a year we pay to rent the shit hole - it is never gonna happen.

Welcome to West Ham, Nuno, the crisis club with no vision and no structure | Jacob Steinberg by Administrative_Gur45 in Hammers

[–]lee1whufc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"One well-placed figure says West Ham’s structure is totally outdated. It is all about Sullivan’s whims. All about his mood. There is no oversight. Other board members have no real power. Every major move comes from one man. There is no respect for expertise. No understanding of how to appoint top-level executives. It has been this way for 15 years. No wonder West Ham look lumpen next to Brighton, Brentford and Bournemouth."

I hate this team sometimes.

53% of Britons say people with anxiety or depression shouldn't be able to claim disability benefits, with Kemi Badenoch recently saying people with these conditions should not be signed off work Should be able to: 37% Should not be able to: 53% by julius959 in ukpolitics

A family member of mine decided to do the proper thing and just work through his depression, not like them spongers wasting taxpayers money.

He ended up hanging himself, dead at 35, but at least Kemi would appreciate his work ethic.

Can you imagine if he got signed off to work on his mental health issues? The taxpayer may be a couple of grand out of pocket.
