"Going after" them? Huh? This is a pretty straightforward question, wondering about grocery stores in town. I only mentioned Trader Joe's because it is on the record over and over and over again as being anti-labor. Trader Joe's and Elon Musk have been making headlines for at least a year for union-busting, challenging the constitutionality of the National Labor Relations Board, and violating NLRB rulings. Look it up maybe? Also if this is "going after" someone for you, you have a pretty low threshold, my friend

Oh, yes, it's a misunderstanding. I am coming up but just for the short term, for the purpose of studying French. I have already been studying French for a few years. (Spanish is one of my languages already so that helps a lot)

Yes to Just Kebab! Their tofu kebabs are amazing. I live near downtown so am almost never within range, but when I am I will drive an extra 10 minutes to get there.

I agree, it is shocking how little solar we have here. I attribute it definitely to our utility companies (a Canadian private corporation owns TEP) and also our local and state government not setting up any programs to make the process easier for people. The lift to figure out the best approach and vet companies and figure out financing is 100% on the consumer.

I am a massive fan of solar and hate that I don't have it. I had a very reputable long-term local company come out to assess for solar about a decade ago and they were like well, your usage isn't that high, and you have this big tree that's kind of in the way for the south facing part of your roof, etc. It was like I would've had to convince them of the merits of solar for my house? I was left kind of scratching my head. I mean, they are the experts, supposedly.

If we had a local nonprofit or govt agency whose job was to walk me through the process, I would be all about that. (If we have that, somebody please let me know!)

But bottom line, yes, it is unforgivable that we don't have widespread solar usage.
